Go to Solution15 R3, 2016, replacement battery?
My battery is not holding a charge and presently I can only work when the laptop is plugged in. I've been trying to find a replacement battery and have been told there isn't any? Can someone tell me where I can get a new battery? The laptop is working fine with no other issues.

Take precaution while working on your 15 R3 as the battery removal would required your laptop disassembly. You may have a hard time finding a new OEM battery for this system due to its age -- usually new batteries are only available for 3-4 years after a notebook is released.
