Customer service downhill
The ordering process has taken over a month and still has not been resolved. First attempt was purchasing an Alienware m51. Placed the order and 3 days later it showed as cancelled. I called to ask why and was told because I was deployed they couldn't mail it to my location because of weight restrictions. The service agent told me I could re-order the product and have it mailed to my home address back in the states. I started the order and noticed the price jumped about $1500. Needless to say I did not order that laptop.
I then decided to downgrade and replace my laptop and my wife's I ordered 2 m15 r3s. Same laptops made the purchase and had them sent to my US address to avoid the "weight issue" then I get an email from the fraud department saying that they wanted to confirm the order which I did (same billing and shipping address). Thought that was the end of it, but only one package got delivered. Dell requested that the second package be intercepted. I only found out through tracking and was told there was nothing I could do. The representative told me within 24 hours I'd be given a case number and a new shipping timeline (never happened).
I called 2 days later to follow up and was told that it would take 3-5 days before they determine if they'd be approved to send a replacement. So I paid for two laptops only received 1 and they will decide if to send me the second. This is probably the last time I buy anything from Dell. Customer service has taken a nose dive since 2014 which was when I purchased anything from them prior to 2021 and I am done.

Hi @Ni2ck Dell customer service is getting weird. In my part of the world:- Presume you paid by credit card, which makes them equally liable for the transaction to have been completed. Request credit card cancel the whole payment and get your payment fully refunded. When Dell gets in touch, they pay for courier return of any items, you pay nothing more to anyone. Hope this helps.
