I'm new in Dell gaming laptops. So got my Alienware m15 with RTX 2070. Laptop is stylish and cool but I hate AWCC (Alienware Command Center). It's so buggy. If I want to play Metro Exodus!, AWCC doesn't recognize the game. I cant run it from AWCC. If i run it from just windows, all keyboard lights goes off. I even had to re-flash the bios to get lights back as nothing has helped. I am so annoyed about it. So is there any chance to have AlienFX and Sound controllers separate from AWCC so I may uninstall AWCC? As windows thermal management does the same good job and using XTU all should be perfect.
