m16 R2, after clean reset

so there's no way to download an windows ISO with Alienware OEM standards? because after a clean reset, and installing all literal 26 drivers from dell's site I still get no Dynamic refresh rate and my CPU is getting 30w+ on idle.

I've tried Dell Recovery Tool and I just get stuck in downloading updates after installing and booting Windows.

I didn't know that I was downloading a clean windows version at the Alienware recovery mode, and I just want my notebook to be the same as it was brand new software-wise ):

    Hi

    Hope this helps...

Power on the laptop and immediately press the F12 key repeatedly to enter the one-time boot menu.

In the menu, select "SupportAssist OS Recovery."

      Kind Regards
