I have moved clients from grid running 6.0.1 to 6.0.2. Now I would like to update clients to 6.0.2 (or maybe even 6.1 - clients only). Grid itself does not have FTP access to outside. So I thought to use Avamar Dowload Service. I deployed that on a PC which has FTP access and access to grid (dual homed PC). I added Avamar Grid to it and Avamar install manager now shows new SW packages (like AvFS and UpgradeClientDownloads 6.1). But, if I try download, I get error. Is Downloadr supposed to download actual packages (avp files) to that PC or grid need FTP access anyway? Similarly after deploying Downloader I can see Client packages in EMC Avamar Client Manager, but cannot download any of them? What files I need to get in order to be able to update existing clients to later version using EMC Avamar Client Manager?
