Drives "removed" on CX3-20

This may just be a lack of knowledge question, but... My CX3-20 is showing 7 drives as removed and faulted in Navisphere Manager. I cannot clear this condition. Yet, the drives are all operating fine to the hosts. All data is up and available on the storage groups involved. It is just annoying me that the drives/enclosure are faulted even though they seem to be working fine. Any ideas?

    I guess the first thing I would try would be to restart the Management Server on both SPs. You can do this by logging into the http://StorageProcessorIP/setup page and click on the Restart Management Server button. You need to do this on both SPs. It will take a few minutes and you will then be able to log back in to the regular /start page and see if the condition is cleared.

    If not, I would get a case open with support right away.

    We will need to generate logs from both SP's.

    Most likely issue could be with LCC cards....but its just a guess.

    EMC tech would investigate on logs and suggest a resolution.
