sc5020 power requirements?

We're getting ready to install our first SC520 and need to purchase UPS protection. The specs call out 2 1485 wt 220vt power supplies creating a 3kva load. Would any UPS that supports over 1500 watts at 220 volts be sufficient?

    Hello Dga-la,

    For your SC5020 you have 2 power supplies in them.  So, the 1485 is per power supply.  So, you will need a UPS that can support at least 3000watts.

    Sorry, that should have read 3000va, 3000kva is way bigger.
