I'm trying to find a way, how to get licence key (for 6.xx and 7.xx SCOS) for our SC8000.
The reason is that after setting Storage Profile to use 4MB block size (using "Dell Storage Manager Client"), both controllers went offline and have showed this:

This will need an Engineer to remote in and do commands that are not public facing. They have to backup license key and factory reset, then restore. They will do a remote session with you to get a look.
I would recommend calling into Support and set up a case. It does require a current contract as does upgrading OS.
If you have an active warranty contract it should be no problem. If you do not then you can ask about Post Standard Support contract to see if that is available for you.

A Good guy from Dell have contacted me and after 2 hour of trying back and forth, we will decide to factory reset (and reimage) using iso (ver 6.7.50) file provided from Dell.
Controllers are back to live in fresh state.
Both controllers have been reconfigured from scratch and are working fine (under 6.7.50 but the plan is to update to 7.x by refreshing support contract and my supervisor will deal with it)
