Does this site have a moderator?

I keep getting the same bot message: What is your Service Tag.

Nothing stops this message.  Not responding with the service tag, not writing "Stop"!....

Nothing.

Anyone there from Dell?

    * The DCF (Dell Community Forum) is divided by Dell Support via lines of PC (Consumer/Business/Enterprise etc.). Each section has its own specific Liaisons/Moderators. I am in a dual role of Community Manager and Consumer Support.

    * To clarify our support structure =
Before anyone can receive routing to the correct Support team, the PC service tag number must be obtained by the DELL-Cares bot. Once the PC service tag number is received, the tool then routes the "case" to the correct Support team and agents.

The team told us that all TechExperts and Rockstars are exempt in the tool. So the bot should not be sending private messages.

Chris, thanks very much.  The issue I've had is that when I send in my ST number, the bot does NOT recognize it and keeps pinging me for the ST number. Kind of frustrating.  I don't mean to belittle the efforts of managing an on-line community.  Especially consisting of us computer geeks.  After doing this , you probably have a career option in cat herding if you want!  Again, thanks for your response.

I'm not a rock star so I keep getting pinged. Not a problem really, just frustrating somtimes.
