It took 4 days for my order status to change from processing but then things moved quickly and it said shipped after day 7. Now my order is in the hands of Walsh western... There's a thread you don't want to read LOL

Hi! I placed an order yesterday morning (10/11) about 11am. I got an order acknowledgement and later an order confirmation with an order number. I just checked the status today and it says "Order Processing".  I'm just curious, how long does an order generally take to process before going to production? We paid via Dell Financing and this is our first order. When I asked in support chat I was told the order was on hold because they hadn't gotten authorization from Dell Financing but when i called Dell Financial Services they said everything was fine, so I am just a little nervous. The process can vary depending various circumstances, (not including anything to do with DFS),  if all the parts are in stock then your ship date should be close to accurate.  If they come upon a part that maybe unavailable and is back ordered, that might delay the date of shipping.

As far as your question, honestly I don't have that answer.

Keep an eye on it and if it doesn't move into pre-production shortly please let me know in this thread here and I'll look into it for you ..
