I would like to get a clearer picture of your enquiry. Are you trying to use Dell OME to release SNMP traps for Zabbix? If so, OME does not work that way, it a monitoring tool which capture SNMP traps.
Let me know if I got you right.

The appliance itself is pretty locked down, so you wouldn't be able to add anything to it, I've heard of Nagios having some kind of VM crash monitoring, but I'm not sure how it works. It may not be an option anyway, since the appliance isn't meant to be modified. That having been said, it's the only thing I could suggest looking into.
It does look like Zabbix has a forum. You might have better luck asking about the solution there.
In order to do that, you would need some form of outbound messaging. OME is meant for receiving outbound messages from the iDRACs of other systems. I don't know anything about Zabbix, but I wouldn't expect there to be a direct way to do what you're talking about. You might be able to take MIB packs into Zabbix (provided it supports them) and monitor Dell hardware, but you mentioned wanting to monitor the OME appliance. When you say "connect zabbix to Dell OME so that if Dell OME is down or something i will get alarmed," are you talking more about trying to monitor the VM for freezing or other such issues?
