Tower Plus EBT2250, dual boot Win10 on Win 11 machine
Good day, I've added a second hard drive to my Dell Tower Plus EBT2250 with the intention on installing Win10 on it so I can dual boot Win10 & Win 11. I have a audio interface that ran flawlessly in Win10 on my old machine, but Win 11 will no longer allow the unsigned driver. The new drive is recognized in the bios and in Win11 but when I try to install Win10 with a USB, loaded with data from the media installation tool, the windows installation starts but as I get to the screen where you select the installation location I get a message stating "We couldn't find any drives. To get a storage driver, click load driver". Nothing is found when I search for a driver. Do I need to add the second hard drives driver to the installation USB or something else? Any helpful suggestions are greatly appreciated!

OP to make it simpler to understand, d/c the Win 11 boot drive from pc (just d/c sata cable) and connect to new hdd then try clean install Win 10 without need to change anything in bios.
USB Win 10 media should detect the new hdd if it is the only drive physically connected to pc.
if successful when done connect both drives and see what happens.

If the system is running in IRST (Intel RAID/Rapid Storage) mode (which is the Dell default), you need to pause the install to load the IRST driver.
