Dell engineers came to inspect and found no problem with the hardware. It is related to the win11 OS.
Finally, the operating System was restored and the problem was solved. Thank you.

The audio driver and BIOS have all been updated again, but none of them work.

Hi
A little confusing...
An install fixed the problem, and then some updates caused a re-occurance?
So do all the updates and then a re-install, test, surely that is the sequence to follow, and report back.

Hi
Your Dell Pro Max 16 MC16250 playing only system sounds (beeps, notifications) but no media audio (music, videos, apps) is typically a audio driver or output device configuration issue.
Re-Install drivers first.
