I have an ax150i that a HD went bad. In the process of replacing the HD, SPA went unmanaged and continually keeps trying to boot. I cannot connect to the service/console port on the back. I am using a serial DB9 to RJ45 cable. The hyperterminal settings that I am using are:

bits per second - 9600

Data bits - 8

Parity - None

Stop bits - 1

Flow Control - None.

Has anybody ever connected to the ax150i and and tell the SP to boot from the Utility Partion?
