Wireless Keyboard - Malfunction

After some updates from Windows 7 the four special function keys on top of the keyboard do not work any more. The DELL diagnostic sees them properly working; however the connection to the four predefined functions (standard browser, E-mail Program, Computer system and calculator) is apparently lost. So these keys have no function anymore.   How can I reactivate them?

    Hello,

    I've checked the KM632 keyboards documentary and there is no statement about predefined functions. In addition the keyboard has 7 multimedia keys which are not assigned to the listed applications.

    There are key-combinations predefined by the Windows operating system like "Windows Key + E" which should open the Windows Explorer. Are you talking about these key-combinations?
