DX install fails

We are having an issue where DX fails to install.

WE run setup.exe and after the screen that asks for the service account information we get a an error in a pop-up box that sasy

Mesage
Unable to validate user credentials. Please enter valid user credentials.

Error
ERROR_NO_NET_OR_BAD_PATH (1203)

Description
No network provider accepted the given path name

I have an open call with support but, wondering if anybody has an idea?

    I have the same problem like you.And can not find any support.
    What's the matter with the DX installation?

    I had create a user group of DxAdminstrator,DxSecurityAdmins,DxUsers,and add the installation account to all of the user groups and local user group,but when i install again,the error is the same.

    I know how can make the installation successed.
    make sure that Microsoft File and Print sharing for Microsoft networks is enabled on all NIC cards on the machine.

    You can do that.
