BEWARE !! - Dell 5402 - Common Problem - Poor WiFi
I purchased this piece of an extremely low-quality product without doing proper research. It is so unbelievable after using Dell for so many years they keep producing this type of low-quality products in 2021. I purchased this laptop a month or so ago and ever since I experienced Internet issues. Very high latency with often time outs when attempting to load a simple web page will be your daily struggle if you get into this trap by purchasing Inspiron 5402. It can not be fixed they wont care at all even to fix it. There is no easy fix for this other than paying to replace the wireless adapter Qualcomm QCA61x4A 802.11ac Wireless Adapter. Worst experience and this will be the last Dell laptop in my entire life. Good job Dell. You lost another customer.
EVERYONE, STAY AWAY FROM DELL 5402!!!
I have the same problem. On my 1 year old Dell 5402 high model. On the other Dell's we have problem doesn't exist. Another problem is with the screen frame that splits out. Here in Poland service of Dell treats you like a problem disturbing their nice time . They will not fix it even I still have a guarantee.

I am also facing the same problem. After a while with the laptop on, I can't access a lot of websites. I bought in 2021 a Vostro 5402 at Dell Brazil.
