Keyboard problem
My laptop is an Inspiron 5593, and some keyboard keys ("b", "n", "/", space, alt, and arrow keys (down, left and right)) work intermittently without any reason .. i found this problem is common on Inspiron 5593 so what is the solution to this problem.

Before knowing it is a hardware fault, you should also test the keyboard in the BIOS and possibly operating system safemode.

It is a hardware problem.
The keyboard needs to be replaced.
