At the bottom of the Download page, there is a link to download the OS Recovery Tool which should allow you, if it is available, to download the image.
I have done it on one of my systems and I download the entire image and created the USB drive.
That would be the only place I would know of but you also have the option of creating a Recovery Drive using the Windows 10 utility.
