Replace 65 watt charger

Hi All, My laptop is giving me electric shocks. I want to replace my charger. can I use a 45-watt charger for my INSPIRON 5590? originally provided charger was of 65 watts.? Plz help

    No - if it came with 65W, you need a 65W (or higher) replacement.
