Return Label not in box
I received an email that my replacement product had shipped and instructions on how to return the defective product using the shipping label in the new box. I have pulled the box apart and there is no return label. The email states that if there is none in the box to contact Dell via their Exchange_Returns@dell.com email address. I have done this 3 times, no response. I have called into Dell Customer Service and explained what I needed, they transferred me to technical support? Waited on hold for a long time, but had to hang up to leave for a prior commitment. I have now resorted to following up by emailing the Service Request I had ongoing for the defective product, as of now no response from them either.
How and who can I contact to get the return shipping label. The email states I need to return it as quickly as possible to continue my service support.
I am desperate for help.

I would suggest reposting this in the Customer Care forum here as this is a tech support forum.
