The modules are not installed separately so quoting the OneFS version will tell anybody what module version you have (unless you have module-specific patches installed).
You can use any of the following to tell you what version of OneFS you're running:
isi version
uname -a
isi config
The OneFS version is also reported when you log into the CLI and in the top right corner of the web ui.
I am not aware of a comand to give you to get the version of a licensed module, though it may exist. I have always referred to the supportability and compatibility guide. Typically the version you have is dependant of the OneFS version but certain modules are independant like InsightIQ and VAAI plug-ins
