D610 with Win 7

Installed Win7 on the D610 and no wireless. Can't find any that will work. The Win7 CD did not set one up.

If you know the make of your Wi-Fi adapter try the MS site here as they have a huge volume of drivers for various OS.

Win7 is loaded. Don't seem to be connected to internet. Cat5 cable connected to computer and router. Seems to be not working very well. Found wireless card under keyboard, Intel on it. Couldn't find model#.

Looked on Microsoft site as in above message and, WOW, lots of items. The wireless seems to be working as it found both printers and this Win 10 computer, from Belarc. Seems I am missing something. Want to get to internet to get virus protection.

Virus protection on Windows 7 is a moot point, since the core operating system is completely insecure, having seen no security updates in many months.

You should not be online with a Windows 7 system at this point, if your security means anything to you and others on your network.
