My battery is weak hence plug and play. I was using my laptop(Dell latitude E6400) when the lights went out. After the lights returned my laptop cannot boot.

If I try booting it, the dell logo comes and after loading, the screen goes blank. What do I do please? Need it for an urgent quiz
