Webcam Not Working latitude e6230.

hi guys

I have webcam problem it's not working.

when I click on the icon he shows this message

 

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: The specified module could not be found.(excep-FromHresult 0*80070073)

at SharedLibrary! +0*4399bf
at SharedLibrary! +0*43989b

is it is a hardware or software issue?

    @qeel,

    Greetings. Yes this may be a hardware issue. Go into device manager and see if you can find 'Imaging devices'. If there's nothing there then the camera has disappeared from detection by Windows.

    Go into the BIOS, expand general, Miscellaneous Devices and make sure the camera is enabled. If already enabled of the option is missing, this would be a hardware concern.

    The Camera/Microphone combo part number is Y4TWT.

    Greeting.

    Enabled camera option is here in Miscellaneous Devices.

    then what would be the problem?

    @qeel,

    It sounds like a hardware issue to me friend. I'm about 90% sure.
