Yes you probably can, albeit with slow refresh, which doesn't matter for office work or mainstream web. The nearest I re-tried today:
(My main PC is a Dell Latitude e6440, launched 2013, bought used in 2017 with Windows 7 Pro FR, upgraded to 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, intensively USED daily since (i.e. for 5.5 years

Displaying 3 different FHD (1080×1920×25fps, i.e. 40Hz refresh) videos simultaneously on 3 monitors: the integrated 14in 900×1600), and 2 21.5in FHD 1080p1920 Iiyama external monitors, one through a VGA cable, one (without audio) through an HDMI cable. No slowing or hiccup or color or accuracy loss or other flaw seen.

The HDMI is mentioned everywhere in Dell abundant documentation, but NOT its version. However the https://i.dell.com/sites/csdocuments/Shared-Content_data-Sheets_Documents/en/au/APJ-Dell-Latitude-E6440-Technical-Guidebook.pdf "Dell™ Latitude™ E6440 Technical Guidebook" reads:

Supported Resolutions and Max Refresh Rates (Hz)
    (Note: Analog and/or digital)
    Max Digital: (HDMI): 1920x1080/32bpp @60hz
    Max Digital: (DisplayPort): 2560x2048/32bpp @60hz
    Analog: (VGA):
       1600x1200/32bpp @ 85Hz or
       1920x1200/32bpp @ 60Hz

Numbers of Displays Supported 3 max
