I have a Precision 3510 with Ubuntu 14.04 installed from the factory.  Is it advisable to upgrade to 16.04?  I ask because I know that the new kernel is necessary to take advantage of some of the power saving features of the Skylake CPU, but it also uses a new AMD graphics driver type that may not yet be tested with FirePro cards.
