AlienFX
When I installed AlienFX v.2.5.54.0, A07, the lighting system is not working. When I tried to open Alien Tester, it says no board detected. What should I do? When I clicked Test Red light it says, there is a problem with my AlienFX Board or something.

Thank you for the information. I installed CC again because my hard drives was all replaced. I mean all of them so I started from scratch. Now, it is not even showing me the AlienRespawn in the "Repair my Computer" recovery options to restore my laptop to factory settings. I don't know what to do. :(
AWCC & CC are shorthand for Command Center. Ummm, there are many lappy owners here who can help but just as many at this forum, lotsa gurus there wiling to help:
never use your resource dvd to install old command center versions is typical advice; you can call/chat with Dell about buying a driver/software resource dvd or try eBay ... & here are other help sources, & you can wait it out here for someone's help since I can't help much past what I posted already (no lapdogs in my life):
you can consult the FAQ Alienware page at top of screen, taking u to sub-menus:

did you install 2.5.54 A07 from your Resource DVD or did you download it from Dell.com? What is your system, laptop/desktop? which model? Why did you have to install CC again for? (Was this for a clean install of Windows 10 perhaps?)
edit: looks like you probably have an older laptop? If so, I don't. So let's hope someone else can jump in and help you out soon (=
