USB-C port crashes when inserting a Thunderbolt Device. In this case a 4TB Striped Raid, WIN 10 64. Works perfectly when plugged into my Gigabyte GAmig 7 motherboard USB-C connection.

When plugging int my 15 r2 I get the message that the device malfunctioned. Windows doesn't recognize it. The device manager shows port reset failed.
