when i go to the all in one center to scan something in

a box comes up and it says

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library"

Runtime error!

program: C:\Program Files\Dell Photo AIO Printer 922\dlbtaiox.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

can someone help me fix this problem?
