Hi, recently my Dell Inspiron 2350 has been stuck on 0.77GHZ. I've done litreally everything except for reinstalling Windows, which I'm planning to do if no one replies. I've cleaned my registry, defragged it, scanned with a very powerful antivirus, restored, you name it.

... But despite all the work, I've only managed to fix it 2 times that don't work now. After that, I'm stuck with this. Hopefully, it will fix itself. I have a lot of important documents that I hope to never lose, but that'll change.
