Dell's Call Centre
Hello again,
Well I am still working on fixing my son's computer.
I have a question about Dell's Call Centre. Where is it? Someone told me that it is in India. Is that true?
The two men that I have talked to about son's problem hasn't fixed it. At first the computer seems to be fixed but then after I leave my son's house he calls to say that the black screen appears and the CD-Drive's door doesn't open.
It is a strange problem because after you turn off the computer and then the next day you turn it on it goes back to that black screen. One Tech man yesterday took me to where the F2 screen was and then he had me hold down the ALT key and told me press a few more keys. He said he took it back to the default settings. So why today doesn't it work the way it did after he told me what to do? It was working right when I left son's house.
Any suggestions?
