I have a Dell Dimension XPS T550 Pentium III with 256MB memory (SDRAM), 16 MB 3DFX Voodoo3 3000D AGP Graphics card and a M770 17" Monitor. I have noticed that even though I am supposed to have a faster systems than most of the people I know, my system seems to run slower than theirs (people who have not recently bought systems). I have looked at my startup configuration and have only stopped the setup of many things at the startup, but it has not made it any faster. I have also defraged multiple times. Is there any way I can test my system to see how fast it is running and or ways to make it faster. Please let me know. Thank you in advance for your help.
