Oh my:smileysurprised: I was restoring my computer and the power went out. When I restarted my computer I had windows root system 32 hal .dll is corupt or missing. How in the world do I fix that?
I believe if you place your Windows XP CD in the drive there will be an option on the window that comes up to repair your OS installation. I would give that a try.
