I had to remove the 40 gig hard drive on my 8100 to recover pictures.  Now when I plug it in and try to startup the computer it gets to a point where it says something to the effect that the drive doesn't meet requirements and I should contact dell.  I can pull it off and run it via USB cable on my laptop.

Any suggestions on how to get around this startup issue?
