H/W issue or s/w?
I had a Dell tech come and replace my motherbaord due to a crash the cpu took. After that he got it up and running again. When moving the Dimension l550r back to the floor he knocked it again:(
Now CPU wouldn't boot the next day. On the phone Dell tech suggested just re-installing WinNT. Did that but now the NT 4.0 Service pack 5 (that was originally installed) Won't install. It says it's sucessful then gives me a "pstores.exe DLL Initialization Failed". When rebooting it will keep going through and trying to reinstall Service pack 5.
This has happened 5x's now.
