Keyboard problem

My keyboard now displays a "T" on the screen when I hit the backspace key, and a "B" when I hit the spacebar.  Any ideas on what caused this to happen and how to correct it?

    This is a laptop keyboard.  Is there another option?

    Defective keyboard.  Start looking for a new one.

    As I noted on your PM, this is the Dimension Desktop section, not the laptop support section so I assumed you had a Desktop PC.
     
    Repost in the "Portable" section, which is for laptops.
