Hi I appreiciate that. But when I first got the computer the memory installed was in 1&3. So it doesnt make a difference how its installed. Thanks again. I dont know if it makes a difference but its a Dimension 8400.

The image pent provided was from the User Guide on a 8400 system, all you had to do was check the properties of the image, no need to confirm he was right, we can read.
