Monitor Rotate

Wonder if any nice person can help me out here?

I was told that for making my Monitor Rotate from landscape to other mode I have to install a video drive for my PC to activate this mode.

Wonder if any one can send me a link for the drive installation site?

if you are able to tell me what or how you have to go about it? afterwards? it be nice too.

I can rotate the monitore . but  can do nothing to unable the screen/websites or the letters acanbe turn the right way.
