Most horrible experience
I had the most horrible computer buying experience with dell I could ever imagine. I bought $4000 high end dual core 4 gb ram dell dimension 9100. since the time i had it bought it has not performed as i had expected it to. with in the first month of buying it i had start having issues. currently I have called Dell support for more then 11 times for one or the other issue. that is practically more the 1 complain per month. I had my monitor changed 3 times mother board switched 2 twice, video card changed twice and i still continue to have issues. first it was having black lines on my screen now i cannot install most of my softwares on my machine. i have done complete format of my 250 gb hard drive more than 4 times and endless no of system recovery. there is no end to misery.

Have you tried requesting a replacement system from Dell? You should be politely persistent about it.Bev.Message Edited by shesagordie on 01-13-2006 12:33 PM

yamirbI doubt that the Dell techies would volunteer to exchange it, you must be very persistent about it.Bev.shesagordie
