    Gary,

Messages you write offline should be stored in OE's Outbox for transmission the next time you select Send/Receive. You should put them there by going to File|Send Later in the New Message window. If you have them somewhere else, Outlook Express won't be able to find them.

If your problem is that when you compose a E-Mail off line your system does not connect to your ISP.then go to "my computer "icon click once on your ISP icon then click on "connect" on the tool bar and then click connect now . When connected click "send"

My problem is that when I compose a letter offline and put it in my outbox when I send it, it dials the connection but when trying to send it it knocks me offline and cuts my connection and shows error messages. But all other mail functions work.
