If you really suspect that it is a heat problem you might check and make sure your thermal grease is in tact, between the CPU and its heatsink. If the ambient temp of the case is pretty high and your memory feels hot you might try some Ultra heat shields. They can be found for cheap and just snap onto your memory. If you think your stock fan/heatsink isn't cutting it, try getting a new fan/heatsink combo and putting that on, though you'll have to leave the stock fan in place to avoid boot errors. And of course, if you haven't already done so, check for spyware and adware. Hope that helps!

how long ago did you notice this problem????what where u doin when u noticed this problem??had u changed your system config in any way??had u just got done doing a disk defrag?

and also your system information is all messed up post like how mine is. below.
