i have a 4100 with me on it.most of the time when i start this puter windows hangs and the only way to use it is to press ctrl+alt+del.when i do this i get above mentioned message.how do i fix this problem-i've had this for a few months now?i am running selective startup and only using bare minimum to start this puter,but this problem persists.dell can't help me anymore-some of the people i get know less then i do.please help/thank you.
