There isn't any diagnostic lights on the back of the case.  Is this the back panel that you are referring to?  If not, where is it located?

I already reseated each stick of memory one at a time in both slots.

Have you tried reinstalling the original memory, not the upgraded memory and see if the system boots?

Yes, there are four small diagnostic LED's located on back I/O panel.

What is the reading of the power button LED, green, blinking green, solid amber, blinking amber?

Hi Bev,

You were right,  those lights are small.  Anyway I found them. A,B,C, are completly out and D is emitting yellow.  The power led on the front is solid green  Thanks again.

Yes, I did try this system with the original memory stick.

I don't see any diagnostic leds .There are no leds located on the back of this case.
