I have the Media Center with DVR capabilites.  Yesterday when I tried to play a saved program or watch a live program I now get an error message "Video Decoder Malfunction or is not installed".  It goes on to tell me to restart which I have doen several times.  I also tried "System Restore" with no success. It has worked fine up till now
