could be that the file is corrupt.
you could try running sfc /scannow from the cmd prompt.
to do the above, start>run & type in cmd then hit ok.
in the cmd box type in sfc /scannow
you will need your xp cd to hand.

I have the same problem, but only after I have installed XP SP2.

Further more, your version is ... 4.1.0?

Well, it seems that is very buggy! I was surprised to see on KPF forum
that a lot of guys have this problem. I was there because my Windows
update doesn't work anymore. Well the procedure below solved a lot of
problems, besides the one you've mentioned:
- Outlook / Outlook Express accessing web mails (Hotmail)
- XP SP2 and Hotmail accessing (IE)
- Windows Update not working
It's amazing how I alawasy thought is about XP SP2 ... Maybe is
XP SP2 + KPF 4.1.0, who knows ...

Try this:
0. Download KPF 4.0.16 from http://download.kerio.com/dwn/kpf/
1. Export your Kerio settings (Configuration / Overview / Preferences)
2. Unisnstall KPF 4.1.0 it completly
3. Reboot
4. Install KPF 4.0.16
5. Reboot
6. If necessary, Import the old settings

Worked for me.

Neither did I, I went to KPF support forum for windows update thing and I was so surprised to see a message about ... arp1394.sys!

Anyway, it's good to identify the problem!
