Hi everyone...My name is Lucas and I´m having troubles with the bluetooth on my laptop. I can´t make it work! How do I turn it on?

First, has the bluetooth ever worked? If not, are you certain you purchased the bluetooth option when you bought the system? It was an extra-cost add on - not standard equipment.
