hi guys i own a dell inspiron 1520 with the following specs Core2duo 2ghz 2gb ram nvidia 8600m gt vista home premium Just last night my computer became very slow, when i type in words they dont appear immediately. Downloads no matter what they are take forever, websites load super slowly, youtube videos lag out you see one picture at a time then it takes about a minute to it get to another this is happening in videos. the whole computer is just so laggy you open the start menu it takes about ten seconds. Things that ive tried so far are i ran virus scans did a registry scan defragged it, when all that failed i formatted it 3 times. and still the same problem i ran the diagnostics test it said no problems found. Im just so frustrated i dont know what to do Please Help.
