Dell Diagnostics - Overheating

I'm an American living in Japan. I do not speak Japanese. Bought my computer in Japan. Ran diagnostics and got the following error
Model: Studio 1555

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition (64-bit)

    One issue is that you have a faulty hard drive, which will need to be replaced.  It likely isn't the cause of the overheating - for that, clear any accumulated dust from the heatsink assembly.
