I'm at the hospital w/no tools and my Dell Ultrabook is locked up.     I tried to sign out yesterday and it is stuck on the screen showing "signing out".    I've tried the AltCtlDel and turning it on and off.      Short of removing the battery requiring about 18 screws..   I'm not sure how to get past this.
